Orthodontics, Step 3...

Today was the big day...my cutie pa-tootie is now a full fledged "Brace Face"..."Metal Mouth"...and all the other names in the book :~) He's doing great...he only has mild discomfort that is being treated with Tylenol & Motrin. He finds them "scratchy" and fun to talk with as "F's" & "V's" are challenging to say. Best of all, he has a "whistle" when he blows trough them...again, only my Andrew would find the upside to braces...lol. I expect tomorrow won't be quite a fun as I'm almost certain that the pain will come full force and be a little more irritating.

I'm loving the new big cheesy grin! He already seems more confident...and with the braces you don't notice the crooked front teeth :~)



Step 4 is 3 weeks away...the "Herbst Appliance".
