Eggstravaganza...

We started our day very early as we needed to be at church be 8:30. The kids were both performing with puppets and stick drama for our annual Easter Eggstravaganza. All of the kids did a fantastic job with their shows. I'm so proud of our elementary, middle & high school kids, they work very hard to make these shows special. A tear was drawn to my eye watching the finale with all three groups performing "Arise My Love" using stick drama interpretation...very special and dramatic indeed.

A great time was had...this was the first year that I was able to volunteer as Vic was off and able to walk around with Kait.

I thoroughly enjoyed helping the kiddos make flower pens (take an artificial flower put it on a pen and wrapped snugly with florist tape)...we used every flower and closed the table and moved on to another table for a coloring/gluing type craft.

A great time was enjoyed...but I was certainly thankful to hear Mr. Brad shutting down the day as we had begun to get hot, thirsty, hungry and tired.
