Monkey Bread...

I tasted this many years ago at a Christmas party...wrote down the recipe and can't believe it took me this long to make one. I sent one of these with dear hubby to work today and made another for us. It was soooo good and very easy to whip together. I have definitely found "my" new potluck dish of choice.

3 cans refrigerated biscuits (I used Pillsbury buttermilk)
1/2 cup white sugar
2 tbls Cinnamon
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1 stick butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl mix white sugar & cinnamon together. Cut biscuits in fourths using a pizza cutter for ease...dump them into sugar & cinnamon, toss around (cut & toss one can at a time) and place them in a well greased bundt pan (I used a tube pan, but it needs to be one piece)...

In small sauce pan melt butter plus brown sugar...pour over biscuits...bake for 30 mins. Let cool 10 mins...invert to a plate...simply pull apart (no knife or utensils needed) and enjoy!

I wished I'd remembered a picture before we dug into it...the other half is missing, lol!
