Homemade Rolls & Hamburger Buns...

Today I made the most scrumptious homemade rolls & buns...or so I'm told by my oldest. Now he said they beat Lamberts, that "might" be a stretch. But who knew? I thought these things only came in bags at the grocery store!

All I did was use my "Basic White Bread Recipe" I posted a while back, (check under recipes).

Using my trusty bread maker I punched the little button until I found the dough setting which takes 1 hour & 20 mins. When it was finished I placed the dough on a floured surface and cut (I tore) unto desired sized pieces...(keep in mind that it will double in size).

Place roll & bun sized dough on parchment lined cookie sheet(s) and place in warm oven for 30 mins or until doubled.

Add egg wash...sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.

The aroma is awesome and my heart so full to see my family enjoying what I make. My oldest has requested this as a birthday treat...that's impressive!

This is one of the hamburger buns...not as pretty as I'd like...but the taste is right one!
